It is fully air-conditioned.

The houses Irini, Zoe & Elefheria (66 m2 each) can accommodate 4-6 persons.
They include one equipped kitchen (electric stove-oven, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, fridge-freezer) with a dining room, 2 separate bedrooms for 3 persons each (one double and one single stone-built bed), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with tub), a washing machine and a big verandah. They are fully air-conditioned.
