The stone Villa Ampeli is 120 m2 in size and is built on two floors.
Downstairs there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 persons. The kitchen opens up to a large veranda with excellent country and sea views.There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, WC and a washing machine .
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms: one double and two single and a bathroom with bath.
The large veranda on the first floor offers lovely views over the sea and gardens.
